By accessing or using AI Tutor ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AI Tutor provides personalized learning assistance using artificial intelligence technologies, including those from OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude). Our platform helps learners through interactive, personalized tutoring sessions.

• Users must create an account using authentication providers such as Google Auth or Keycloak.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

• Use the service lawfully and respectfully, without causing harm or disruption.
• Refrain from uploading or sharing malicious, harmful, or offensive content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of AI Tutor and its third-party providers.

The AI Tutor platform, including but not limited to its content, software, design, and AI models, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party technologies, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, retain ownership and rights of their respective intellectual properties.

AI Tutor and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including reliance on information provided by AI technologies.

AI Tutor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or accuracy and completeness of content generated by third-party AI providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-service notifications. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Tutor operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
